Are you a "hotel" or an "apartment" community?

WaterWalk is a blended community of both Hotel suites and Apartment Style Suites.  Our fully furnished hotel suites require no application or signed agreement, just a reservation and a credit card on file.  Our unfurnished apartment style suites require an approved application and a signed agreement.

Regardless of your needs WaterWalk has an option for you.

What's included in my suite?

Every suite at WaterWalk Boise - Meridian comes fully equipped for extended living. You'll enjoy a full kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, a kitchen island with convenient outlets for small appliances, wood-style flooring throughout, and black-out curtains paired with window blinds for optimal privacy and comfort. All utilities are included in your rate—electricity, water, wireless internet, and cable TV—so there are no surprise bills at the end of the month.

Select suites feature private balconies, and we offer accessible suites designed to meet ADA requirements.

Pet Policy

Is WaterWalk Boise - Meridian pet-friendly?

Absolutely! We welcome dogs at our property with some guidelines to ensure a comfortable environment for all residents. We allow up to two dogs per suite with a maximum weight limit of 75 lbs. for one pet or 50 lbs. each for two pets. There are no breed restrictions beyond those mandated by local Meridian ordinances, and a complete list of any local restrictions is available at our front desk.

What are the pet fees?

A one-time pet fee of $300 is required at move-in, along with monthly pet rent of $50 for one dog or $75 for two dogs. These fees help us maintain our pet-friendly spaces and common areas for the enjoyment of all guests and their furry companions.
